I hope that you are blessed by this website. It has grown out of struggles in my own faith journey. My wife and I met at the Lutheran Bible Institute of Seattle (now called Trinity Lutheran College), where we were immersed in scripture and authentic Christian community. It was awesome! Then we graduated and moved on. In the years that followed, God continued to be faithful. I on the other hand did not reciprocate that faithfulness. Eventually, I found myself in-debt, out of shape, with too much stuff and having little time to serve like I was called to. FreedUpToServe.com has come out of that place of brokenness. It is a continual work in progress. In the words of Paul, "Not that I have already obtained all this, or have already been made perfect, but I press on to take hold of that for which Christ Jesus took hold of me." Philippians 3:12 (New International Version).
